3. Smoking
-Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Please use the balcony or terrace for smoking. Violations of the smoking ban will result in a €150 fine, plus the cost of special cleaning and repairs.
4. Pets
-Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in an additional cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay.
5. Quiet hours
-Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties and excessive noise are not permitted, even on balconies or in common areas (e.g., hallways).
6. Visitors
-No additional guests without prior approval from the host. Violations will result in a €30 charge per night per unannounced guest.
7. Safety and cleanliness
- Fire safety: Make sure all candles and electrical devices are turned off when leaving the house.
- Waste disposal: Dispose of your waste in the designated containers. Recycling (paper, glass, residual waste, yellow bag, organic waste) is mandatory.
- Cleanliness: Keep the house clean and tidy. Wash and put away used dishes.

- Washing machines: The washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee and after prior arrangement with the host. Please read the instructions before use.
- Parking: Parking is available. Please use only one designated space per rented apartment and do not park in the driveway or in front of the garages.
- Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available. Login details can be found at the end of the house rules.
9. Use of the heating
The entire apartment is equipped with Homatic IP thermostats and temperature sensors. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
- The thermostats must not be removed under any circumstances. This is regularly monitored online.
- During ventilation, the heating is automatically reduced to 5°C and can only be adjusted again when all windows are closed.
- The heating temperatures are automatically set to 18°C in winter and 13°C in summer every day at 12:00 noon to prevent overheating of the vacant apartments.
- You can adjust the temperature using the thermostats. Depending on the model, use either the buttons or the rotary knob until the desired temperature appears on the display.
10. Additional information
- Respect and courtesy: Treat our house as your own and respect our neighbors.
- Local regulations: Obey all local laws and regulations.
- Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, remote controls, etc.
- Noise monitoring systems are installed in the apartments to prevent excessive noise. Cameras are installed in the common areas.
