Cancellation policy
1. General Information These cancellation policies apply to all bookings. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before making a booking.
2. Cancellation Policy & Refunds We offer a strict cancellation policy. This means:
- Full refund if cancelled at least 1 month before check-in – Guests will receive a 100% refund if they cancel at least 30 days before their scheduled check-in.
- No refund for late cancellation – If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before check-in, the booking price will not be refunded.
If a booking is made through Airbnb, Booking.com or similar, the official cancellation policies of the respective provider also apply.
3. Cancellation by the Host. In rare cases, it may be necessary for us to cancel a booking (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies). In such cases, we will endeavor to offer alternative accommodation or provide a full refund.
4. Special arrangements in case of force majeure If a cancellation is necessary due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions), we will follow the official guidelines and offer a flexible solution if necessary.
